About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made on the Happy Kids Haven website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
- We make every effort to display products and colours accurately; slight variations may occur between screens.
- Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it (after payment verification for online payments, or after confirmation for Payment on Delivery orders).
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
- Payment on Delivery is available for eligible orders up to a maximum order value shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery charges and timelines are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns

Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions (for example minimum spend, first order only, expiry dates) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
