Delivery charges are set per region and are listed below. Any free-delivery offers will be shown automatically at checkout.
Delivery timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery partner serving your area. Once your order is confirmed, we'll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm when to expect it.
Home delivery
Please make sure your phone number and address (including a nearby landmark or Ghana Post GPS address) are correct so our delivery partner can reach you easily.
Store pickup
We're an online store and don't currently have a pickup point. When pickup becomes available it will appear as an option at checkout.
What happens after you order
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
- For online payments, your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is verified.
- For Payment on Delivery orders, we'll contact you to confirm your order.
- We prepare and pack your items with care.
- Your order is handed to our delivery partner and you'll be notified when it's on its way.
